Returns and Exchanges

30 DAY RETURN 

Returned item(s) must be in salable condition. Provide copy of original receipt or order invoice. Your refund will be processed when we receive your item(s).

Shipping fees not refundable.

EXCHANGE

We recommend placing a new order for the item(s) you wish to exchange. Please ship exchange item(s) and include a copy of the original receipt or order invoice. Once we receive your exchange package. Your refund will be processed when we receive your item(s).

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return or exchange

Opened, DVDs, CDs may not be returned. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us. If a credit card was used for the purchase, the dollar amount will be refunded back to the purchaser's credit card.

Please note: If you bought the item from us, our name (KPNHA Friends of Kauai Wildlife Refuges) will appear at the top of the receipt.
