SHIPPING POLICY

We have lilmited staff. We appreciate your support of the Friends of Kauai Wildlife Refuge Mission and thank you for your patience and understanding as related to shipping timelines.

All orders are shipped out twice a week. Orders will be mailed out the next available shipping day.

Please allow 3-4 business days to fulfill orders. (Not including shipping time).

We use USPS Priority flat-rate shipping and the estimated shipping times may be calculated by the third party shipping calculators that we use on our site. It will usually be 3-4 days depending on how it falls relative to the weekend.

Although we try our best to ship your order as estimated, shipment and delivery times are not guaranteed.

The mail does not run on postal holidays. Make sure you are aware of when they are.

Memorial Day: Monday, May 29, 2023
Independence Day: Tuesday, July 4, 2023
Labor Day: Monday, September 4th, 2023
Columbus Day: Monday, October 9th, 2023
Veterans Day: Saturday, November 11th, 2023
Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 23th, 2023
Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2023
Christmas Day: Monday, December 25th, 2023

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All items ship domestically are sent via USPS Priority Mail - Flat-rate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We cannot accept international orders and do not offer international shipping at this time.
